Infinite transaction timeout (0) incompatible with set-tx-query-timeout in JBoss EAP 6.4

Issue

• Using the datasource property set-tx-query-timeout and transaction coordinator default-timeout of 0 (to configure infinite timeout)

• Encountering No remaining transaction timeout exception
