Can't access Kibana web interface after upgrading to OpenShift 3.11

Issue

  • Cannot login to Kibana after upgrading to OpenShift 3.11
  • Cannot login to Cluster console
  • Logs from kibana-proxy container shows:
# oc logs kibana-xxx -c kibana-proxy
2019/01/8 21:30:11 auth: unable to verify auth code with issuer: Post https://openshift.example.com:8443/oauth/token: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
2019/01/8 21:30:12 server: authentication failed: unauthenticated
  • Logs from master-api shows:
Encountered config error json: unknown field "masterCount" in object *config.MasterConfig, raw JSON:

http: TLS handshake error from 10.10.0.52:32848: EOF
http: TLS handshake error from 10.10.0.50:45654: EOF
