  • Issue also happen when generating Satellite certificate using Subscription Management;
    https://access.redhat.com/management/distributors/
    Satellite tab > select the created Satellite certificate > Download Satellite Certificate

Resolution

  • Clear the cookies in your browser.
  • If the issue still persist after clearing the cookies, contact Red Hat Support.
    Red Hat Support can raised the issue to the Customer Portal Service Desk.
