Issue

We need support for 8859-15 encoding in enscript providing the Euro symbol €.

Addition for support of 8859-15 encoding is tracked by
* RHEL 7 Bug 1573876 targeted for RHEL 7.7
* RHEL 8 Bug 1664366 targeted for RHEL 8.1
