Search query to list the host with operator "not equal to" is not working as expected.

Issue

• Search query to list the hosts using operator "not equal to" on host collection or hosts does not provide expected output.

On the Satellite Web UI, navigate to Hosts >> All hosts >> perform a search with filter "host_collection != hc1 and host_collection != hc2"

• Hammer command to list the hosts using operator "not equal to" registered to the Satellite Server is not providing expected output.

# hammer host list --search "host_collection != hc1"
