Howto build a custom tuned profile without net.core.busy_*
Issue
tunedprofilenetwork-latencyincludesnet.core.busy_pollbut installed NIC does not support busy_poll- Add-on NIC driver caused system crash because
net.core.busy_pollwas enabled but not supported.
