Reinstall CNS/OCS and save the data on specific persistent volumes.

Issue

If redeployment of Gluster containerized storage (OCS/CNS) is needed and project PV data has already been populated uninstalling would result in loss of data contained in persistent volumes unless PV data is backed up prior to uninstall and restored after redeployment.
