Cannot configure local database due to xfs partition already exists

Issue

  • Getting below error while configuring local database:

    E, [2018-11-21T18:17:14.055962 #11813] ERROR -- : MIQ(ManageIQ::ApplianceConsole::InternalDatabaseConfiguration#initialize_postgresql_disk)  Command failed: /sbin/pvcreate exit code: 5. Error: WARNING: xfs signature detected on /dev/vdb1 at offset 0. Wipe it? [y/n]: [n]
  Aborted wiping of xfs.
  1 existing signature left on the device.
