Fuse 7.1.0 Karaf based and Camel Spring DSL

Issue

• We’re performing some preliminary tests on Fuse 7.1.0 to determine impact by porting existing bundles from 6.3.0 into 7.1.0.
• It seems that Spring DSL projects that used to work fine in 6.3.0 are no longer working in Fuse 7.1.0 i.e.
• Camel context gets properly initialized/loaded only with blueprint XML but it does not with spring XML.
