Issue
- OpenShift master-control-plane upgrade phase, triggered a rolling restart of all node SDN pods
- Updating the control-plane caused network outages on my OpenShift nodes.
- During a 3.10 OpenShift control-plane update the SDN pods restarted.
- During a 3.11 OpenShift control-plane update the SDN pods restarted.
