Importing a VM from an OVA file that has been imported before fails

Issue

• We have Illegal disks on double ova import.
• I import .ova file host in our dev env. This works. I then rename both the VM and the disk to test
• I then import the same ova file again, but get this under tasks: "X Importing VM host to Cluster Default"
• But the disk is in an illegal state. Under Storage -> Domains -> -> Disks its status says: "illegal"
