[Fuse] kar:list show wrong status
Issue
When we install a kar file using kar install command, the command doesn't return any error if the installation failed, and the output of kar:list show that the kar is installed:
karaf@root()> kar:list
KAR Name
───────────────────────────────────
test-kar-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
karaf@root()>
