Ceph - PG's no longer moving out of peering state and a pg query shows 'peering_blocked_by_history_les_bound'
Issue
- Placement Groups are "stuck" in a
peeringstate and don't seem to be recovering any more. - When running a PG query against PGs the query shows
peering_blocked_by_history_les_bound
