slapd log files are very large and are not compressed when rolled

Issue

• Log files in /var/log/dirsrv/slapd-DOMAIN can grow to an ungainly size and the built-in log rotation does not compress old files. Default of 100Mb max log size can allow my systems to blow the /var/log partition due to growth in the logs.
