Provisioning fails during PXE-less discovery with smartpqi driver

Issue

During the provisioning process in Satellite, the foreman-discovery-image can be used to boot the system rather than PXE booting. The FDI then passes the boot process over to a boot.iso through the use of kexec. This process fails when executed on a HP Synergy Frame system. The smartpqi driver fails and storage for the system is not available, causing the install to fail.
