On Red Hat Satellite 6, Hosts reported on the dashboard shows empty results when clicked on link.

Issue

• After clicking on the link Hosts with no reports present on the satellite server's dashboard it runs below query in the background which it should not and gives an unexpected result.

 last_report > "30 minutes ago" and not has  last_report and status.enabled = true

• Number of hosts reported on the satellite's dashboard shows empty results when clicked on the respective link.
