Apache does not start when trying to use KrbAppendRealm in auth_kerb.conf in RHEL5

When trying to use KrbAppendRealm in a Kerberos configuration but everytime I try to start apache I get:
Invalid command 'KrbAppendRealm', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
