Is the admin aware if the IP and/or memory information from the VM guest agent is no longer being seen by RHEVM?

Issue

• The RHEV guest agent reports the guest IP address and memory usage which ends up being displayed in the RHEV-M UI. We find that sometimes this information stops being provided. The RHEV-M UI should alert the RHEV administrators if this information has been seen but is no longer being provided (and guest has been up for more that say 5 minutes to give the agent time after guest boot).
