Certain pages of pdf documents when printed using RHEL5.5 prints blank page
Issue
- PDF version 1.4 documents and later prints OK, but anything prior prints blank pages. Some documents print OK, others print blank pages, and some get error messages like "Missing %%EndSetup!"
