openshift-node service gets down when SAN storage got disconnected.

Issue

• Network of SAN storage got disconnected for a few seconds. Other OS VMs continue to work as normal after network connected. All Atomic OS VMs could not be SSH. We have to reboot the OS then it run normally. VM's are running on VMWare vSphere.
• Storage has high latency. Other OS VMs has no issue or some outage but continue to work as normal after the incident. Some Atomic OS could not be SSH.
