In the rhevm_history database, a couple of views are empty, including v3_0_host_samples_history_view

Issue

• The host_samples_history table in rhevm_history database is empty. Due to this RHEVM reporting functionality generate empty graphs.
• We are using using a third party app to pull data out of the following views, but they are all empty:

v3_0_host_samples_history_view
v3_0_vm_disk_samples_history_view
v3_0_vm_samples_history_view
