When trying to install a new Red Hat Satellite\Capsule server or upgrade an existing one, The
satellite-installerexecution fails with the following error:pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: kombu>=4.2.0,<5.0 su - apache -s /bin/bash -c pulp-manage-db failed! Check the output for error!
