'ledctl' command reports 'device not supported' error for NVMe disks

Whenever using
ledctlto locate the disk, it reports the below error.# ledctl locate=/dev/nvme0n1 ledctl: /dev/nvme0n1: device not supported ledctl: IBPI LOCATE: missing block device(s)
