Stonith device does not log an error when fence device is inaccessible
Issue
- Stonith device does not log an error when fence device is inaccessible.
- Stonith device does not fail its monitor operation when fence device is inaccessible.
fence_ipmilanstonith device remains in Started state when iLO is offline.- Stonith monitor results in a false positive.
