JDV changes in OData behavior in Update Release 6.4.5

Issue

• Noting specification conformant changes for OData introduced in Update Release 6.4.5.
• issuing a query with $select, the primary key is always added to the result, even if it was not specified. See discussion on OLINGO-1246
• requesting
  http://localhost:8080/odata4/olingo_basic/Source/Customers?$count=true&$expand=Orders_FK0
  now returns response with context containing $metadata#Customers(Orders_FK0()), whereas before it returned $metadata#Customers
