Issue
- SCTP application reports "Socket type not supported"
socket(AF_INET, SOCK_SEQPACKET or SOCK_STREAM, IPPROTO_SCTP) = -1 ESOCKTNOSUPPORT- SCTP failed to create socket
- My DIAMETER or M3UA application doesn't start
