Jenkins v2 is missing some environment variables like BUILD_URL

Issue

• In the V2 Jenkins, pipelines using the build script and it referenced multiple Jenkins default env variables, such as ${BUILD_URL} and it referring to v1 URL.
• Unable to find where to set up base URL so that Jenkins can correctly configure the BUILD_URL env variable.
