Unable to remove files when "a" (append) attribute set on file or directory.

Issue

• Issuing rm command results in the below error.

# lsattr -d example/
-----a-------e-- example/

# rm test
rm: remove regular empty file ‘test’? y
rm: cannot remove ‘test’: Operation not permitted
