Qpid Java client stuck for 2 minutes after getting soft error from broker

Issue

Sometimes our message producer using Java / JMS qpid client stops sending messages for 2 minutes. The delay occurs regardless what we set to connection URL, timeouts or reconnect delays.

Broker shows at the start of the 2 minutes delay "Queue full" error for a queue the producer sends messages to.

Environment

  • MRG Messaging (any version)
  • Java / JMS client using exception listener
