Server crashes during core dumps from abrt

Issue

• The system sees a panic message which has included NMI: IOCK error (debug interrupt?)
• The server crashes/reboots after abrt performs a core dump. Looking in the abrt/ccpp directories, the sosreport.log is incomplete and shows network is the last thing sosreport gathered before the crash.
