Oracle MySQL conflicts with MariaDB when installed on the same server
Issue
- Updating Oracle MySQL fails with file conflicts such as file /usr/share/mysql/charsets/Index.xml from install of mariadb-libs-1:5.5.56-2.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package MySQL-Cluster-server-gpl-7.4.14-1.el7.x86_64
- Unable to update MySQL due to conflicts with MariaDB
- Yum update of MySQL fails
