Bulk actions using katello agent do not generate tasks
Issue
Running tasks using katello-agent on multiple machines does not create any tasks. For example, running updates on a single machine using katello-agent creates tasks and the update is performed. Using the same method to update multiple machines does not generate any tasks and nothing happens.
