Provisioned host not showing specific product repo (e.g. rhel-7-server-optional-rpms)

Issue

• Activation key has the correct subscriptions and product content configured, and is correctly associated to the content view. However, when a user provisions a host via Satellite, the host has no visibility to the specific repo content (e.g. rhel-7-server-optional-rpms).
