Only live servers participate in the vote
Issue
- AMQ 7 requires three or more master/slave pairs to avoid the split brain scenario.
- Only live servers participate in the vote. Are there ways to have the slave brokers participate in the voting process?
- We don't have the need for 3 brokers yet
