Error message "vsftpd: cannot locate user specified in chown_username" while connecting to vsftpd server
Issue
The following error is returned while connecting to 'vsftpd' server with 'ftp' client:
Connected to 192.168.x.x.
500 OOPS: vsftpd: cannot locate user specified in 'chown_username': username
Connection closed by remote host.
