IPA Authentication set to false when migration Red Hat Satellite 6 using clone method.

Issue

• The migration-source was configured with and using IPA based authentication to log in to Satellite Server Web UI, however, the migration-target is not enabled for IPA logins anymore.

• Satellite 6.2 migration from a physical host to a virtual host.

• IPA authentication disabled after migration of Satellite server.
