Satellite 6 Web GUI access without manifest

Issue

• Can we access satellite 6 GUI without manifest ?
• Can we access satellite 6 GUI if we move the manifest to another satellite ?
• We are migrating satellite from one hardware to another hardware, after removing the manifest from old satellite and uploading it in new Satellite, can we still access old satellite to check configurations?
