S2I logs do not appear in Kibana, getting No implicit conversion of Nil into String

Issue

• Fluentd is not properly collecting logs from S2I builds or from docker run
• Getting errors in fluentd

• Error at filter_viaq_data_model.rb, with the tag journal.container.* and logs missing in Elasticsearch (EFK)
