Root user cannot access a file despite proper permissions.
Issue
- Permissions error while trying to access a file, despite user read permissions, for example:
[root@touhou ~]# ls -la /cirno/9999.file
-rw-r-----. 1 root root 19999 Sept 9 19:09 /cirno/9999.file
