Container image Smartstate Analysis fails with a OpenSCAP error

Issue

• Facing an issue with the Red Hat image scanner. This is affecting the cloudforms image scanning and the base image scanning.
• When trying to use OpenSCAP scanning capabilities in Red Hat CloudForms it fails.

• Error:
