Issue

  • Unable to create a new host through Satellite
  • Error messages: "Unable to save" with the below message:
Failed to destroy a compute RHV-COMPUTE (RHEV) instance vm1.domain.net: Cannot remove VM: The following disks are locked: vm1-domain-net_Disk1. Please try again in a few minutes.
mac 00:11:22:33:44:01 is already used by #<Nic::Managed:0x0000000c123456>
