debuginfo-install issue

Issue

• After syncing rhel-x86_64-server-6-debuginfo, cloning it, then registering a system to it, running yum clean all, then trying to:

debuginfo-install glibc-2.12-1.80.el6_3.4.x86_64

results in:

Error Downloading Packages:
  glibc-debuginfo-common-2.12-1.80.el6_3.7.x86_64: failed to retrieve getPackage/glibc-debuginfo-common-2.12-1.80.el6_3.7.x86_64.rpm from rhel-x86_64-server-6-debuginfo
