How to get Organization Administrator access for Customer Portal account
Environment
- Red Hat Network
- Customer Portal
Issue
- Normal User needs Organization Administrator access within the Customer Portal.
- Previous Organization Administrator left the company.
- Cannot manage my systems, need Organization Administrator rights
Resolution
- To gain access, contact the current Organization Administrator(s) at your company.
- If an Organization Administrator is not available (e.g., left the company for whatever reason) then please contact Customer Service
