Unable to deactivate LVM resource created with RAID 1 LVs in a RHEL 7 Pacemaker cluster

Issue

  • Unable to deactivate RAID 1 logical volumes
  • pcs resource debug-stop gives the following errors for an LVM resource even though the Filesystem resource has been stopped correctly.

 >  stderr: WARNING: test_vg still Active

  • lvm2 package versions prior to 2.02.185-2.el7
