HPE 3PAR T400/800 Storage Arrays and RHEL 6 and above - will not attach to SAN storage after RHEL upgrade involving device-mapper-multipath-0.4.9-106.el6.x86_64
Issue
- Patched the server from
device-mapper-multipath-0.4.9-100.el6.x86_64to newer (device-mapper-multipath-0.4.9-106.el6.x86_64) and rebooted. The server (SAN booted from T400) panicked on reboot.
