invalid operand panic in ide_end_request
Issue
- system crash Kernel BUG at ide_io:585
- stack shows cdrom_pc_intr, no media in cdrom, and only occurs when elevator=noop
- elv=noop & snmpwalk generates Vmcore suggests IDE time out
