Why do I get bnx2x driver warning message while rebooting the server in RHEL6?
Issue
- We get following messages in syslog for bnx2x driver:
kernel: WARNING: at drivers/net/bnx2x/bnx2x_main.c:9151 bnx2x_get_hwinfo+0x84e/0x1e31 [bnx2x]() (Not tainted)
- What do these errors mean?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
- Broadcom NIC cards (bnx2x driver)
