Terraform: static IP Addresses not configured

Issue

• We run RHEL hosts in VSphere where we assign them static IPs via Terraform, but since the first update of RHEL 7.5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 Update KVM Guest Image the hosts have been using DHCP to get dynamic IPs instead.
