My Fabric Git Server is Unresponsive or Fails to Start Correctly

Issue

I cannot reach my Fuse Fabric git server, even after restarting the container to force the git master to move. I get errors when trying to deploy changes or clone the git repository locally and it appears that the servlet is not starting up correctly.
