Unable to rsync large size of data using tar strategy in Openshift

Issue

• oc rsync command fails while taking backup from the pods which do not have rsync command and have a large amount of data in their persistent storage.

$ oc rsync -n nexus nexus-1-dsc6j:/nexus-data /mnt/backup_pvc/pr/persistent-volumes/release-management/nexus-pv/
WARNING: cannot use rsync: rsync not available in container
